摘要近年来,甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)发病趋势呈全球化激增,其中甲状腺微小乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC)所占比重逐渐上升,早期手术切除病变是目前临床首选治疗方法[1]。传统甲状腺切除术已在临床广泛应用,效果可靠,但其切口较长,术后存在颈部感觉减退,并发症的发生率高。随着微创外科的开展,低位小切口手术在甲状腺切除术中得到应用。本研究对此进行了回顾性分析,为临床治疗PTMC提供科学依据。
