2015年版较2009年版ATA指南对甲状腺乳头状癌的手术治疗变化及解读 被引量：11

摘要 在我国,2013年以来新增甲状腺癌病例中90%以上为甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC）。国际上根据肿瘤大小,可将所有直径小于10 mm的PTC定义为甲状腺乳头状微小癌（papillary thyroid microcarcinoma,PTMC）。目前每年新发的PTC中约60%为PTMC。总体而言,PTC的预后良好。
