锂电池用隔膜涂层纳米氧化铝制备及性能研究

摘要 利用医用次品高纯氢氧化铝制备锂电池用隔膜涂层用介电材料,对处理温度、粒度控制、涂膜性能评估及采用该物料制备的锂离子电池的介电化学性能进行了研究和优化,高纯氢氧化铝经球磨,经700~900℃6 h处理后降温,再经研磨后升温至1300℃,真空处理3 h冷却后经球磨即可制备出α型纳米氧化铝,氧化铝颗粒度(Dv50)为1~2μm,比表面积为3~6 m^(2)/g,经涂布于隔离膜并进行全电池评估,锂离子电池自放电率较之未涂布隔膜的自放电率下降较大(0.00427 mV/h Vs 0.0003~0.0009 mV/h),倍率性能较之对比组略有提升(2 C放电倍率53%vs 47%~59%),得到了可以应用于锂离子电池隔膜用涂层氧化铝材料,具有较好的经济效益。 Micro-aluminium oxide which was used in separator coating was prepared by defective aluminum hydroxide pharmaceutical grade products.And the sintering temperature,particle size distribution,separaror film performance and its dielectrochemical performance were investigated and optimized.The feasible process is milling aluminum hydroxide with Dv50=1~2μm and then sintering in 700~900℃in air about 6 h,and then milled and sintered in vacuum at 1300℃about 3 h.The micro-aluminum oxide shows acceptable physical and dielectrochemical performance.The cells prepared by milled aluminum oxide showed lower self discharge performance(0.0003~0.0009 mV/h),better rate performance(5~10%higher than normal at 2 C discharge)and overcharge performance(pass 1 C/6 V overcharge).It can be directly used in mass production.and the treating process is simple.
