摘要
针对锂离子电池隔膜耐热性能的相关研究进行了综述。隔膜耐热性好,在电池内部的热稳定性越高,电池的安全性也相对较高。从新材料体系、隔膜涂层种类变化以及陶瓷涂层配方优化三方面介绍了提高电池隔膜耐热性的研究进展。最后,对现阶段提高锂离子电池隔膜耐热性的发展提出了建议。
The relevant research for Li-ion battery separators was reviewed in terms of enhancing its heat resistance.The heat resistance of separator is good. The higher the thermal stability for separator inside the battery is, the higher safety performance will the battery have. In order to improving heat resistance of Li-ion battery separators, the main research was highlighted from the following three aspects: new material systems, changing in coating types,optimization of formulation for ceramic coating. Finally, the suggestions were offered for improving the heat resistance of Li-ion battery separators.
