摘要
在老年人社会参与行为成为有效应对健康老龄化的基础上,针对当前老年人体育参与水平偏低,参与分化和弱化等问题,从认同理论的社会(群体)、角色和个人维度结合典型案例对流动共同体(随迁老人)的社会认同;社区积极分子(精英老人)的角色认同;边缘群体(弱势老人)的个人认同三个不同特征老年人群的体育参与进行归因和逻辑分析。进一步建立起融合多维认同的动力机制、主动健康的干预机制、认同循环作用机制和社区体育服务保障机制的老年人体育持续性参与机制,从而引导老年人科学地进行体育锻炼,增进体育参与行为,帮助其社会功能的发挥和自我价值的实现,减少老年人的医疗成本投入和养老负担,积极推动健康老龄化。
On the basis that the social participation behavior of the elderly has become an effective response to healthy aging,aiming at the current problems such as the low level of participation in sports of the elderly,and participation differentiation and weakening,etc.,from the social(group),role and individual dimensions of identity theory,combined with typical cases,the social identity of the floating community(the elderly who move with them),the role identity of community activists(elite elderly),marginal groups(vulnerable old people)personal identity of three different characteristics of elderly people′s sports participation are analyzed to make attribution and logical analysis.To establish a multidimensional identity fusion motivation mechanism,active health intervention mechanism,identity circulation mechanism,and community sports service guarantee mechanism of the elderly community sports sustainable participation mechanism,it is necessary to guide the elderly exercise scientifically,to increase community sports participation behavior,to help them play their social functions and realize their self-worth,to reduce healthcare costs and pension burden of the elderly,actively promote healthy aging.
