摘要
零工经济借助数字平台将全球范围内的劳动者和用工需求方聚集在数字劳动力市场中,实现供需的精准匹配,成为互联网时代的新经济形态,使得零工经济中的人力资源管理发生了很大的变化。零工劳动者和平台间的劳动关系变得更为复杂,平台人力资源管理活动的范畴被无限扩大,传统人力资源管理者的管理工作逐渐被机器和算法技术替代,零工经济下的人力资源管理活动面临着巨大的挑战。
With the help of digital platforms,gig economy gathers global laborers and labor demanders in the digital labor market to achieve precise matching between supply and demand,which has become a new economic form in the Internet era,which makes great changes in HRM in gig economy.The labor relationship between gig workers and the platform has become more complex,the scope of HRM activities of platforms has been expanded infinitely,and the management work of traditional human resource managers has been gradually replaced by machine.HRM activities under the gig economy are facing great challenges.
