摘要
针对当前思想政治教育面临的教学话语、教育理念、教学主体及教学评价等方面的创新困境,高校和思想政治教师应从多方入手,以学生主体和教师主导为依据,转化教学话语和教育理念,以主导性和主体性相统一为导向选择合适的教学模式、明确教学评价机制,促进学生主体性作用、教师主导性作用及二者相统一作用的实现,进而帮助思想政治教育提升教学效果,实现创新。
In view of the current innovative dilemmas in teaching discourse,educational concepts,teaching subjects and teaching evaluations faced by ideological and political education,colleges and ideological and political teachers should start from multiple sources,and transform teaching discourse and educational concepts based on the student body and teacher leadership.Guided by the unity of dominance and subjectivity,they should choose the appropriate teaching model,clarify the teaching evaluation mechanism,promote the realization of the student’s subjective role,the teacher’s leading role,and the unified role of the two,and then help ideological and political education to improve the teaching effect and realize the innovation.
