摘要
分析近20年来现代医学和中医学治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展和相关成果,从针刀弓弦力学理论、网眼理论、肌筋膜链理论、腰椎-骨盆-髋关节运动模式、传统中医经筋理论等方面,系统阐述腰椎-骨盆-髋关节肌筋膜张力失衡的发病机制"。回"字形整体松解术联合髂腰肌松解可以从点、线、面方向打破弓弦力学三维病理构架,重构椎管内外的"压应力"和"张应力"平衡,减轻病理产物对神经、血管的多点卡压,从而缓解或临床治愈腰椎间盘突出症。
Through in-depth analysis of the research progress and related results of modern and traditional medical treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) in the past two decades, this paper systematically describes the pathogenesis of myofascial tension imbalance in lumbar spine-pelvis-hip, from the theory of acupotomology bowstring mechanics, mesh theory, myofascial chain theory, lumbar spine-pelvic-hip movement patterns and traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory etc.. It is proposed that "Hui-shape" type overall release combined with iliopsoas muscle release can break the three-dimensional pathological structure of bowstring mechanics from the point, line and plane direction, reconstruct the balance of "compressive stress" and "tensile stress" inside and outside the spinal canal, reduce the multi-point compression of pathological products on nerves and blood vessels, and thus relieve or cure LDH clinically.
