摘要
在我国人口老龄化进程日趋严重的背景下,以养老产业需求和高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业人才培养为研究对象,对人才培养模式体系构建和培养模式进行探讨,以期为高职院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业人才培养提供借鉴和参考,进而加快适应当今社会养老服务需求的人才培养。
Under the background of the increasingly serious aging process of population in China,taking the demand of the elderly care industry and the talent training of intelligent health elderly care service and management specialty in higher vocational colleges as the research object,this paper discusses the construction of talent training mode system and training mode,in order to provide reference for the talent training of intelligent health elderly care service and management specialty in higher vocational colleges,and then speed up the appropriate training.It is necessary to cultivate talents for the needs of social pension service.
