摘要
目的探讨家庭护理干预对肠癌造瘘患者自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月间青岛市中心医院收治的110例肠癌造瘘患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组患者采用家庭护理措施干预,对照组患者采用常规护理措施干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度、自护能力和生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度为96.4%,高于对照组的83.6%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者自护能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组患者自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论肠癌造瘘患者采用家庭护理措施干预,可提升患者护理满意度、自护能力及生活质量,值得临床研究与借鉴。
Objective To discuss the effects of family nursing intervention on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with colon cancer undergoing fistula. Methods One hundred and ten patients with with colon cancer undergoing fistula were selected at Qingdao Central Hospital between May 2020 and May 2021. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random table method with 55 patients in each group. The observation group received family nursing intervention and the control group received conventional nursing. nursing care satisfaction,self-care ability score and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results Patient nursing satisfaction was 96. 4% in the observation group which was higher than 83. 6% of the control group(P < 0. 05). Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-care ability score and quality of life score between the observation group and the control group(P > 0. 05). After nursing,the self-care ability score and quality of life score were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Family nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with colon cancer undergoing fistula. It is worthy of clinical research and reference.
