摘要
广州市南沙区金茂湾东2地块自编F1、G4栋及地下室为超五星级酒店–万豪酒店建筑项目,为满足酒店要求,项目设计造型美观,外立面线条流动,结构顶部高低错落。追求外观精美的同时,造成了由设计上存在外立面不规则导致的幕墙及装饰线条安装难度大及顶部钢结构跨度大导致的施工难度陡增。在施工过程中采用自制的垂直运输及吊装方式及可移动的吊挂施工平台,经过严格的计算及多次专家论证,在保证安全的同时,满足施工要求。
Buildings F1, G4 and basement of Jinmaowan East plot 2 in Nansha District of Guangzhou city are super five-star Hotel Marriott Hotel construction projects. In order to meet the requirements of the hotel,the designed project has beautiful appearance, flowing lines on the facade, and scattered height on the top of the structure. The pursuit of beautiful appearance makes the irregular facade in the design, resulting in the installation difficulty of curtain wall and decorative lines, and the construction difficulty increased sharply due to the large span of the top steel structure. In the construction process, the self-made vertical transportation and hoisting mode and movable hanging construction platform are adopted. After strict calculation and many experts argumentation, the safety is ensured and the construction requirements are met.
