摘要
以某超高层建筑外立面幕墙金属切割造型为例,介绍其设计与施工方法。工程采用单元式玻璃幕墙+框架式玻璃幕墙组合设计方法,有效解决金属切割造型设计难题;采用环形导轨+悬挑脚手架施工方法,有效解决超高层建筑幕墙金属切割渐变造型安装难题,同时,保证施工质量和安全,完美呈现金属切割造型,达到预期的建筑设计效果。工程的成功建设,可以为日后类似工程项目幕墙设计、施工提供良好的参考与借鉴。
Introduces the design and construction method of the metal cutting molding of the facade of a super high-rise building.This project adopts the combination design method of unit-type glass curtain wall+frame-type glass curtain wall to effectively solve the problem of metal cutting modeling design.The construction method of ring guide and cantilevered scaffolding is adopted to effectively solve the installation problem of metal cutting gradient modeling for the curtain wall of super high-rise buildings.Meanwhile,the construction quality and safety are guaranteed,and the metal cutting modeling is perfectly presented to achieve the desired architectural design effect.The successful construction of this project can provide a good reference for the curtain wall design and construction of similar projects in the future.
