胃饥饿素在老年阿尔茨海默病患者炎症平衡调节中的作用初探

摘要 目的探讨老年阿尔茨海默病患者胃饥饿素水平与炎症因子水平的关系。方法收集2019年1-12月盘锦市中心医院收治的老年阿尔茨海默病患者80例,依据临床痴呆评定量表分为轻度组38例、中度组27例和重度组15例,探讨患者病情与胃饥饿素水平和炎症因子水平间的关系。结果老年阿尔茨海默病患者的病情越重,其胃饥饿素水平越低、炎症因子水平越高。Pearson相关分析显示,胃饥饿素水平与炎症因子水平呈负相关。结论老年阿尔茨海默病患者存在炎症因子水平失衡,患者的炎症因子水平与病情严重程度存在一定的关系,而且这一关系可能受胃饥饿素水平的调节。 Objective To investigate the relationship between ghrelin level and inflammatory factor level in elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with AD treated in Panjin Central Hospital from January to December 2019 were collected, and divided into mild group(38 cases), moderate group(27 cases) and severe group(15 cases) according to clinical dementia rating. To explore the relationship between the patient’s condition, the levels of ghrelin, and inflammatory factors. Results The more severe AD, the lower ghrelin level and the higher inflammatory factor level. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of ghrelin was negatively correlated with the level of inflammatory factors. Conclusion There is an imbalance in the level of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with AD. The level of inflammatory factors has a certain relationship with the disease, and this relationship may be regulated by the level of ghrelin.
