摘要
为深入贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》,推动“五育并举”高素质人才建设。文章从理工科高校自身发展特点与新时代学生发展状况出发,探讨有利于理工科高校劳动教育高质量发展的对策。文章运用文献分析、问卷调查、SEM模型建构等研究方法进行实证分析,得出结论:理工科高校劳动教育要完善自身发展,要在工作中加强对学生的引导,完善自身劳动教育发展软硬件配置,把理工科高校管理模式与学生特点结合,完善劳动教育体制的建设,以期为理工科高校劳动教育高质量发展提供助益。
In order to carry out The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Comprehensive Strengthening of Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era and prompt the construction of high-quality talents in the“Five-All Education”fields,this paper explores the high-quality development countermeasures that are beneficial to the labor education of science and technology universities from the characteristics of their own development and the development of students in the new era.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,SEM model construction and other research methods for empirical analysis.Results:The labor education of science and technology universities should perfect its own development,strengthen the guiding role of students in its work,and perfect the hardware and software configuration of its own labor education development.Efforts should also be made to integrate the management mode and student characteristics of our science and technology universities,and improve the labor education system to benefit the high-quality development of labor education in science and technology universities.
