摘要
将紫花苜蓿与高丹草分别按100∶0(M1)、90∶10(M2)、80∶20(M3)、70∶30(M4)、60∶40(M5)共5个混合比例进行青贮,室温贮藏270d之后开封检测。结果表明:混合高丹草能显著降低混合青贮的pH值,M2处理的乳酸含量最高,M1处理的乙酸含量最高,M1处理的V-Score评分显著低于其他4个处理(P<0.05);随着高丹草比例的增加,混合青贮的干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量不断升高,粗蛋白和粗灰分含量不断降低,非蛋白氮含量总体上不断降低,各处理快速降解蛋白含量无显著差异,中速降解蛋白含量、结合蛋白含量逐渐升高;M1、M2处理的相对饲用价值显著高于M4、M5处理(P<0.05),M3处理与其他4个处理无显著差异。综合各指标表明,紫花苜蓿和高丹草混合青贮比例在90∶10、80∶20时较为合适。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of mixing ratio on the silage quality and CNCPS components of mixed silage of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)and sorghum-sudangrass hybrids(Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense).The two forages were ensilaged at the mixing ratios of 100∶0(M1),90∶10(M2),80∶20(M3),70∶30(M4),60∶40(M5),respectively.The samples were stored at room temperature for 270d and then unsealed for detection.The results showed that addition of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids could significantly reduce the pH value of the mixed silage.The lactic acid(LA)content of M2 treatment was the highest,while the acetic acid(AA)content of M1 treatment was the highest,and the V-Score of M1 treatment was significantly lower than that of the other four treatments(P<0.05).With the increase of the proportion of sorghum-sudangrass hybrids,the contents of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in mixed silage increased,the contents of crude protein(CP)and crude ash(Ash)decreased,and the content of non-protein nitrogen(NPN)decreased overall,there was no significant difference in the content of PB_(1) among the treatments,but the content of PB_(2) and PC increased gradually.The relative feeding value(RFV)of M1 and M2 treatment was significantly higher than that of M4 and M5 treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between M3 and the other four treatments.The comprehensive analysis showed that the mixed silage ratio of alfalfa and sorghum-sudangrass hybrids was more appropriated at 90∶10 and 80∶20.
