摘要
目的探究个体化综合护理在恶性血液病患儿化疗合并外阴肛周感染中的应用效果。方法按照护理模式将2019年10月至2020年10月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的60例患儿分为对照组(30例,常规护理)与观察组(30例,个体化综合护理),统计分析两组的护理效果。结果两组外阴肛周感染改善总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组感染指标水平低于对照组;观察组患儿及家属焦虑与抑郁评分低于对照组;观察组患儿舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为恶性血液病化疗合并外阴肛周感染患儿实施个体化综合护理可有效提高感染治疗效果,并在改善患儿心理状况,提高患儿舒适度的同时,消除患儿家属负面情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized comprehensive nursing in children with hematological malignancy complicated with vulva perianal infection during chemotherapy.Methods According to the nursing model,60 children admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,individualized comprehensive nursing),and the nursing effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of improving vulva perianal infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The infection index in observation group was lower than that in control group,the scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group,the comfort score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing for children complicated with vulva perianal infection during chemotherapy can effectively improve the effect of infection treatment,improve the psychological status of children,improve the comfort level of children,and eliminate the negative emotions of child ren’s family members.
