摘要
目的分析血液病患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管PICC发生血栓的原因,研究对应的护理对策。方法选择我院2021年1月—2023年12月243例置管患儿中10例并发血栓的患儿作为研究对象,收集分析PICC导管相关性血栓发生的影响因素并制定有效措施。结果并发PICC导管相关性血栓的10例患儿,原因有自身因素、操作因素、疾病因素、导管因素、药物因素、治疗因素、认知不足等诸多因素。经过针对性治疗均已治愈。结论临床工作中多种原因会导致PICC导管相关性血栓的发生,提前做好评估并采取有效措施,可预防血栓发生;出现血栓时及时准确的对症处理,可以有效治愈血栓,减少患儿的痛苦。
Objective To analyze the causes of thrombosis in children with hematological diseases who have a peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),and to study the nursing strategies.Methods Among the 243 children with PICC in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,thrombosis occurred in ten patients,and clinical data of the causes and effective treatment measures were collected and analyzed.Results The causes of patients with PICC-related thrombosis included their self factors,operational factors,disease factors,catheter factors,drug factors,treatment factors,lack of cognition and many other factors.After targeted treatment,ass have been cured.Conclusions Various reasons can lead to the occurrence of PICC catheter-related thrombosis.The occurrence of thrombus can be prevented by making good assessment and taking effective measures in advance.Timely and accurate symptomatic treatment when thrombosis occurs can effectively cure the thrombosis and reduce the pain of children.
