摘要
为加强染发剂中植物成分的安全监督管理,建立了化妆品中棓酸、二苯乙烯苷、指甲花醌的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。样品经甲醇+四氢呋喃(1+1)溶解分散,用超声提取,C18色谱柱分离,甲醇+质量分数0.05%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为276 nm。这3种物质的方法检出质量浓度为0.05~0.1 mg/g,在10~100 mg/L线性范围内的相关系数大于0.999,方法回收率为93.3%~119.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.1%~4.9%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简单,适于染发剂中棓酸、二苯乙烯苷和指甲花醌的含量测定。
To strengthen the safety supervision and management of plant ingredients in hair dyes,an HPLC method for the measurement of gallic acid,stilbene glycosides and lawsone in cosmetics was established.The sample was dissolved and dispersed in methanol+tetrahydrofuran(1+1),then extracted by ultrasonic wave,and separated by C18 chromatography column using methanol+0.05%(mass fraction)formic acid aqua solution as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode.The detecting wavelength was set at 276 nm.The results showed that the detection concentration of three ingredients was 0.05-0.1 mg/g.All correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999 in the range of 10-100 mg/L.The recovery was from 93.3%-119.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.1%-4.9%.The proposed method was sensitive,simple operation and is suitable for testing gallic acid,stilbene glycoside and lawsone in hair dye.
