摘要
胃癌是一种病因及发病机制复杂的常见消化道恶性肿瘤,目前其病理生理机制尚未完全阐明。随着基因测序技术的快速发展,胃癌与微生物之间的关系成为研究热点。口腔是人体消化道的起点,同时也是人体主要的微生物菌库之一,而口腔微生物与胃肠道疾病存在紧密联系。近年来,关于口腔微生物与胃癌相关性的研究日益增多。口腔微生物菌群结构随着胃癌的发生发展出现显著改变,其中幽门螺杆菌已被列为胃癌的Ⅰ类致癌因子,除幽门螺杆菌外,口腔内具核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、链球菌、假单胞菌等其他细菌与胃癌的发生发展也有密切联系。因此,深入研究口腔微生物在胃癌发生、发展中的作用与机制,将为胃癌的临床诊疗提供新思路。
Gastric cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignancy with complicated etiology and pathogenesis,and its pathophysiological mechanism has not been fully elucidated.With the rapid development of gene sequencing technology,the relationship between gastric cancer and microbes has become a research hotspot.Oral cavity is the starting point of human digestive tract,which is also one of the main microbial libraries of human body,and the oral microbes are closely related to gastrointestinal diseases.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on the correlation between oral microbes and gastric cancer.The structure of oral microbes changes significantly with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,in which Helicobacter pylori has been listed as typeⅠcarcinogenic factors of gastric cancer.In addition to Helicobacter pylori,other bacteria in the oral cavity such as Fusobacterium nucleatum,Porphyromonas gingivalis,Streptococcus,Pseudomonas and so on are also closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Therefore,in-depth study on the role and mechanism of oral microorganisms in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,will provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
