马尾松林下4种灌木植物叶片与土壤生态化学计量特征 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】植物-土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量及生态化学计量关系反映其土壤养分利用效率及林下光环境对植物的养分限制状况。针对17年生马尾松Pinus massoniana人工林林下4种灌木叶片与土壤全碳(TC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)养分含量及生态化学计量特征进行研究,探索马尾松林下灌木养分状况,为马尾松林下复层经营提供理论基础和实践参考。【方法】以马尾松林下4种灌木(荚蒾Viburnum dilatatum、檵木Loropia chinense、南烛Vaccinium bracteatum、油茶Camellia oleifera)为研究对象,测定叶片和土壤的TC、TN、TP含量,分析马尾松林下4种灌木植物叶片和土壤TC、TN、TP含量及其化学计量特征以及相关性。【结果】植物叶片TC含量大小顺序表现为南烛>油茶>荚蒾>檵木,叶片N、P表现为荚蒾>檵木>南烛>油茶,TC与TN、TC与TP表现为油茶>南烛>檵木>荚蒾,TN与TP表现为南烛>油茶>檵木>荚蒾。线性拟合表明,植物叶片TC与TN、TP含量及化学计量呈负相关关系,TN与TP呈正相关关系。相关性分析表明,植物叶片与土壤TC、TN、TP含量及计量比无显著关系,表明植物的化学计量特征受植物自身遗传影响较大,同时也反映了4种灌木对林下环境的适应与响应。【结论】植物叶片TC、TN、TP含量对生长有显著影响,更适合作为林下灌木生长变化指标,而土壤TC、TN、TP含量对生长影响不大。 【Objective】The relationship between carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)contents and ecological stoichiometry of plants and soil reflects the soil nutrient use efficiency and the understory light environment’s nutrient limitation on plants.This article characterized the total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)nutrient contents and ecological stoichiometry characteristics of leaves and soil of four shrubs under the 17-year-old Pinus massoniana plantation,and explored the nutrient status of the shrubs.The work can provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the multi-level management of P.massoniana plantations.【Method】Four shrubs under the P.massoniana plantation were used as the research objects,namely Viburnum dilatatum,Loropia chinense,Vaccinium bracteatum and Camellia oleifera.The contents of TC,TN and TP in leaves and soil of the four shrubs and their stoichiometric characteristics and correlations were analyzed.【Result】The TC content of leaves revealed as V.bracteatum>C.oleifera>V.dilatatum>L.chinense,while leaf TN and TP contents were shown as V.dilatatum>L.chinense>V.bracteatum>C.oleifera.The values of C and N,C and P were shown as C.oleifera>V.bracteatum>L.chinense>V.dilatatum,while the N and P values exhibited as V.bracteatum>C.oleifera>L.chinense>V.dilatatum.Linear fitting showed that the TC and TN,TP contents and stoichiometry in leaves were negatively correlated,while TN and TP were positively correlated.Correlation analysis showed no significant relationship between leaves and soil TC,TN,TP contents and stoichiometric ratios.The result suggested that the stoichiometric characteristics of plants was greatly influenced by genetics,and it also reflected the adaptation and response of the four shrubs to the understory environment.【Conclusion】Based on the results,the study concluded that in comparison to the contents of TC,TN and TP in soil,leaf TC,TN and TP contents showed a more significant effect on plant growth,which can be used as good indicators for th
