香榧幼龄林叶片与土壤碳氮磷的生态化学计量特征 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】香榧是我国特有的珍稀干果和木本油料树种,阐明不同林龄对香榧Torreya grandis叶片和土壤碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)生态化学计量的影响,可为林地土壤养分管理提供科学依据。【方法】在浙江省杭州市2、5、7、12年生的香榧幼龄林内分别设置4个样地,调查地径、株高,采用全收获法测定标准株生长量,采集标准株叶片和0~10、10~30 cm土壤层分析样品,测定C、N、P质量分数,并计算其化学计量比。【结果】1)不同林龄香榧叶片C质量分数相对稳定,平均值为482.83 g·kg^(-1);随着林龄的增大,香榧叶片N质量分数和N/P降低,且2年生香榧显著高于7、12年生(P<0.05),叶片C/N增大,且2年生香榧显著低于7、12年生(P<0.05);2)随着林龄的增大,土壤C、N、P质量分数和C/N呈升高趋势,而N/P下降,其中12年生香榧土壤C、P质量分数及10~30 cm土层C/N显著高于2年生(P<0.05),0~10 cm土层N/P则表现为12年生显著低于2年生(P<0.05)。3)同一林龄土壤C、N、P质量分数总体上随土层深度的增加而降低。4)叶片N质量分数与土壤N/P、叶片P质量分数与土壤C、P质量分数具有显著正相关(P<0.05);叶片C/N、N/P与土壤C/N、N/P呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】香榧幼龄林的生长主要受到N的限制,可适当增施N肥,提高香榧人工林的生产力。 【Objective】Torreya grandis is a rare dry fruit and woody oil tree species unique to China.This research was designed to explore the effects of different forest ages on ecological stoichiometry of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)in T.grandis leaves and soil,which can provide a basis for forest soil nutrient management.【Method】Four plots were planted in the 2,5,7 and 12-year-old T.grandis juvenile forests in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,and the ground diameter and plant height were investigated.The growth of the standard plant was determined by the total harvest method.The leaves and soil samples of the 0-10 cm and 10-30 cm soil layers were collected and analyzed.The C,N and P contents were measured and the stoichiometry of the standard plant was calculated.【Result】(1)The C content of T.grandis leaves was relatively stable among different forest ages,with an average value of 482.83 g·kg^(-1).With the increase of cultivation age,the N content and N/P value decreased and C/N value increased in leaves.The N content and N/P value in 2 a were significantly higher than those of 7 a and 12 a(P<0.05).However,the C/N value in leaves of 2 a was significantly lower than those of 7 a and 12 a(P<0.05).(2)With the increase of cultivation age,the C,N,P,C/N values in soil increased while N/P value decreased.The soil C and P contents in 12 a and C/N value of the 10-30 cm soil layer were significantly higher than those of 2 a(P<0.05),and the soil N/P value of the 0-10 cm soil layer in 12 a was significantly lower than that of 2 a(P<0.05).(3)At the same forest age,the C,N,and P contents in soil decreased with the increase of soil depth.(4)There was a significant positive correlation among N,P contents in leaves,soil N/P value and soil C,P contents(P<0.05).Moreover,C/N and N/P values in leaves were positively correlated with those of soil(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The N element might be a limiting factor for the growth of T.grandis forest.It is recommended to increase N fertilizer appropriately to increase the pro
