摘要
监造作为保障组合电器设备入网质量的重要关口,对组合电器运行质量控制具有重要意义。通过对110~500 kV组合电器监造发现的缺陷进行系统梳理与深入分析,提炼出6类常见缺陷类型,并对每种监造缺陷典型案例进行分析,得到缺陷原因和整改措施,最终提出监造质量提升方法。
As an important gateway to ensure the network quality of GIS equipment,manufacturing supervision is of great significance to the operation quality control of GIS equipment.Through the systematic combing and in-depth analysis of the defects found in 110~500 kV GIS supervision,six common defect types are extracted,and the typical cases of each supervision defect are analyzed,and finally the supervision quality improvement methods are put forward.
