摘要
操动机构故障是高压断路器的主要故障之一。通过对机构的核心元件——分合闸线圈电磁脱扣器与储能电机进行建模,对分-合闸脱扣器和储能电机电流变化进行数学上的解释,并将预期特征与实际特征之差作为新的故障特征,减少了特征大小与外部因素之间的关系。经过仿真与实测样本波形对比,该模型能够有效解释和预测高压断路器中分合闸电磁铁与储能电机的电流波形,为实现精准的故障分类提供了良好的数据预处理基础。
The operating mechanism failure is one of the main reasons for the fault of the high-voltage circuit breaker.By modelling the core components of the mechanism,the electromagnetic trip of opening and closing coils and the energy storage motor,the current changes of the opening and closing release and the energy storage motor are explained mathematically,and the difference between the expected feature and the actual feature is taken as the new fault feature,which can reduce the relationship between the feature size and external factors.By comparing the simulated and measured sample waveforms,the model can effectively explain and predict the current waveforms of the opening and closing electromagnets and energy storage motors in the high-voltage circuit breakers,which provides a good data preprocessing basis for accurate fault classification.
