摘要
目的探讨连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及对患儿血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的68例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依据治疗方法将其分为单独治疗组(阿奇霉素治疗)和联合治疗组(连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗),各34例。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的体温恢复时间、喘息缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间、咳痰缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间均短于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低,且联合治疗组低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果良好,能有效缓解临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with azithromycin on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods Sixty-eight children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into single treatment group(azithromycin) and combined treatment group(Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with azithromycin) according to the treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the single treatment group(P <0.05).The temperature recovery time,wheezing relief time,rale disappearance time,expectoration relief time and cough relief time in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than the single treatment group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granule combined with azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has a good effect.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and do not increase adverse reactions.
