摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因尚不明确的结肠与直肠的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,近年来其发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势。现代医学对本病的研究重点集中于基础研究,对此病发病机理进行深入探讨,以期从阐明溃疡性结肠炎形成机制方面寻找突破口,其中模型的成功制作显得尤为重要。溃疡性结肠炎动物模型的制作方法各种各样,如免疫法、化学法、复合法、中医病证结合模型法等。本文就常用的几种溃疡性结肠炎模型的造模方法、方法评价等方面做一总结,以期为实验研究选择较理想的造模方法提供理论支持。
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of colon and rectum that the etiology has not been confirmed.In recent years,its incidence has been increasing year by year in the world.Modern medicine takes basic research as the focus on this disease,and the pathogenesis of this disease was explored deeply in order to find a breakthrough in clarifying the formation mechanism of UC,in which,making the model successfully is particularly important.Animal models of UC can be made in a variety of ways,such as immune method,chemical method,compound method,TCM disease and syndrome combination model method and so on.This paper summarized the methods of modeling and evaluation of several commonly used models of ulcerative colitis,hoping to provide theoretical support for the selection of ideal modeling methods for experimental research.
