摘要
针对双斜切片段在总组阶段外板开刀、趾端切割、肋板断刀等易带来的大量修正工作及油漆破坏后的打磨问题,在双斜切片段制作时,通过采取对外板的冷热加工控制、线型肋骨的线形控制、曲外板制作时的基础项目控制以及装配过程中关键点的控制,保证双斜切片段的整体精度,降低总组阶段的开刀量,提高总组效率,缩短建造周期。
Aiming at the problems of a large number of correction works and polishing after paint damage caused by the phenomena of outer plate cutting,toe end cutting and rib plate cutting in the general assembly stage of double oblique cutting segments,several methods were applied,such as the cold and hot processing control of outer plates,the linear control of linear ribs,the basic project control during the production of curved outer plates and the control of key points in the assembly process,so as to ensure the overall accuracy of double oblique cutting segments,reduce the cutting amount in the general assembly stage,increase the general assembly efficiency and shorten the construction cycle.
