摘要
通过将采用三维激光扫描仪测量系统测量得到的数据与采用全站仪测量系统测量得到的数据相比较,验证三维激光扫描仪测量系统的测量精度能达到船体建造精度的要求。三维激光扫描仪测量系统对船体分段制造和分段总组的测量结果表明,该系统的测量效率远高于全站仪测量系统,在船体建造精度控制方面具有重要的推广意义和应用价值。
Through the comparison of the measurement data from the 3D laser scanner system with that from the total station system,it is validated that the measurement accuracy of the 3D laser scanner system can meet the hull construction requirement.The measurement by the 3D laser scanner system during hull section construction and block assembly shows a much higher efficiency than that of the total station system.Therefore,3D laser scanner system is of great promotion significance and application value in hull construction accuracy control.
