摘要
高校实验室为研究生开展科研工作提供重要支撑条件,研究生实验室的安全规范与管理至关重要。通过了解国内外研究生实验室安全规范管理的现状,对研究生实验室出现的安全事故的种类和原因进行分析,在安全事故的原因中,不科学的实验室管理是事故的根本原因,研究生的不安全行为是事故的直接原因。提出研究生实验室安全规范管理的建设措施:加强安全标准化实验室及虚拟仿真技术建设,构建完善的安全规范管理制度,推行实验室准入制度及强化实验室的安全检查等。
University laboratory provided important support conditions for graduate students to scientific research and innovation. However, safety specification and management of postgraduate laboratory is particularly important. The recent status of safety specification and management of laboratory in the domestic and overseas were inspected. The varieties and reason of laboratory accidents were discussed. Among many reasons of safety accidents, unreasonable laboratory management is the root reason, while the unsafe behavior of postgraduate students is the direct reason of the accidents. Construction measures for safety specification and management of postgraduate laboratory were so obtained as following: intensifying construction of safety standardization laboratory and virtual simulation technology, establishing completely safety management systems, implement laboratory access system, strengthen laboratory safety inspection and so on.
