四川省首例Delta变异株新冠肺炎病例发现与应对 被引量:1

Discovery and response of the first COVID-19 case with delta variant in Sichuan Province

摘要 目的分析新冠肺炎病例发现与应对过程中经验与不足,为完善疫情防控措施提供科学依据。方法 2021-07-23绵阳某医院对1名返绵人员进行筛查并诊断为新冠肺炎病例(轻型),通过现场调查查明该病例发病前14天活动轨迹,判定与追踪密切接触者。结果该病例发病前4天在高风险区停留5小时30分钟;患者鼻咽拭子和口咽拭子核酸检测为阳性(CT值为:17.869~20.653);基因测序为新冠病毒Delta变异株,与南京本土疫情高度同源;诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例(轻型);重点人群核酸检测684 975人次,隔离管理密切接触者207人,次密切接触者1 244人,中风险人群3 338人;累计消毒面积5.9万平方米,采集环境表面涂抹样和污水样1 840份;召开新闻发布会2次,疫情信息21期,健康提示和防控知识62条次;撰写分析报告7期,提交专家建议11份。结论疫情在一个最长潜伏期内得到有效控制,但仍暴露出企业应急预案制定、四方责任落实、医院感染防控等方面不足,应及时弥补完善。 Objective To summarize and analyze the experience and deficiencies in the discovery and response of COVID-19 cases, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the epidemic prevention and control measures. Methods A person returning to Mianyang was screened and diagnosed as a COVID-19 case(mild) by a hospital on July 23, 2021. The activity track of the case in the 14 days before the onset of the disease was found out through field investigation. Close contacts were indentified and traced. Results The case spent 5 hours and 30 minutes in the highrisk area 4 days before onset. The case was tested positive for the nucleic acid of nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs(CT:17.869-20.653). The gene was sequenced as a Delta variant of the COVID-19, highly homologous with the local epidemic in Nanjing. Thus, the case was diagnosed with COVID-19(mild). A total of 684 975 times of nucleic acid tests were conducted in key populations and 207 close contacts were quarantined and managed. There were 1 244 secondary close contacts and 3 338 medium-risk people. A total of 59 000 square meters were disinfected and 1 840 samples of environmental surface smear and sewage were collected. Two press conferences were held, 21 issues of epidemic information were written, and 62 issues of health tips and prevention and control knowledge were released. Seven analysis reports were written and 11 expert recommendations were submitted. Conclusions The epidemic was effectively controlled within a longest incubation period. However, it still exposed deficiencies in the formulation of emergency plans in enterprises, implementation of four-party responsibilities and hospital infection prevention and control,which should be made up and improved in time.
