摘要
目的:探究醋酸亮丙瑞林对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者性激素水平及子宫体积的影响。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年6月某院收治的90例EMS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,28d为1个疗程,两组均治疗6个疗程。比较两组治疗前、治疗6个疗程后美国生殖医学学会(ASRM)分期评分、子宫体积、子宫动脉血流灌注指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、性腺轴激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]及不良反应情况。结果:治疗6个疗程后,两组ASRM分期评分、子宫体积、PI、RI、FSH、LH、E_(2)均较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:EMS患者采用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗可减轻病情,减小子宫体积,纠正性腺轴激素紊乱,且安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of leuprolide acetate on sex hormone levels and uterine volume in patients with endometriosis(EMS).Methods:90 EMS patients treated in a hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the two groups by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with leuprolide acetate,and the control group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.28 days was set as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 6 courses.The American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM)staging score,uterine volume,uterine artery perfusion index(PI),resistance index(RI),gonadal axis hormones[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 6 courses of treatment.Results:After 6 courses of treatment,the ASRM staging score,uterine volume,PI,RI,FSH,LH,E 2 of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of EMS patients with leuprolide acetate can relieve the condition,reduce the uterine volume,and correct the disorder of the gonadal axis,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
