摘要
羟基磷酸酯是极具吸引力的一类具有生物活性化合物,也是重要中间体。Aldol反应在反应中同时生成两个邻接手性中心,因此,该反应是构建不对称C-C键最简单、有效的一类化学转化方法。在TB的水相催化下,以靛红与亚磷酸三乙酯为原料,经Aldol反应合成一种手性α-羟基磷酸酯。结果表明,在温和的反应条件下,反应能够顺利进行,并且有很好的产率(91%)和ee值(92%)。
Hydroxy phosphonate is an extremely attractive class of biologically active compounds and important intermediates. Aldol reaction is the simplest and most effective method of chemical transformation to construct asymmetric C-C bonds, which generates two adjacent chiral centers simultaneously. The synthesis of chiral α-hydroxyphosphonates is reported for Aldol reaction using isatin and triethyl phosphite as raw materials, catalyzed by TB in water. The reaction proceeded smoothly under mild reaction conditions. The resulting products were obtained with high yields(up to 91 %) and ee(up to 92 %).
