摘要
近年来受到社会环境和个人饮食习惯的影响,孕期女性出现血糖异常升高的情况愈发普遍,部分女性会出现妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)。GDM是产科常见的高危妊娠疾病,其不仅会影响妊娠结局,还会影响新生儿发育,故积极的临床干预十分重要。目前,临床实施以GDM相关知识宣教、生活方式指导、饮食指导等为主要内容的健康教育对GDM患者血糖控制和分娩结局有积极影响。本文就GDM患者健康教育的内容、模式进行总结和概括,旨在不断探索、完善GDM健康教育的模式,令GDM患者最大获益。
In recent years,affected by the social environment and personal dietary habits,it has become more common for women to have abnormally elevated blood sugar during pregnancy,and some women will have gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).GDM is a common high-risk pregnancy disease in obstetrics department.It will not only affect pregnancy outcome,but also affect neonatal development.Therefore,active clinical intervention is very important.At present,the clinical implementation of health education with GDM related knowledge education,lifestyle guidance and diet guidance as the main contents has a positive impact on blood glucose control and delivery outcome of GDM patients.This article will summarize and generalize the content and model of the GDM patients health education,aiming to continuously explore and improve the GDM health education model to maximize the benefits of GDM patients.
