摘要
目的探讨分析对精神分裂症患者采用优质护理干预所取得的效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的80例精神分裂症作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将全部患者分为两组,分别是常规护理组40例(接受常规基础护理干预)以及优质护理组40例(接受优质护理干预)。观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果优质护理组患者的日常生活能力评分为(11.30±1.30)分、社会性活动评分(15.30±1.80)分以及动作和交往评分(17.50±2.10)分均明显高于常规护理组患者(P<0.05);优质护理组患者的攻击行为评定量表评分为(2.90±0.40)分均明显低于常规护理组患者(P<0.05);优质护理组患者的躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、活力、生理功能、心理功能、精神状态评分分别为(62.51±5.26)分、(63.59±5.64)分、(62.94±5.31)分、(64.52±5.62)分、(63.94±5.26)分、(64.13±5.37)分、(63.49±5.26)分明显高于常规护理组患者的(51.98±4.68)分、(51.84±4.26)分、(53.64±4.62)分、(54.92±4.81)分、(54.18±4.59)分、(55.64±4.69)分、(52.63±4.53)分(P<0.05);优质护理组患者的危险性行为总发生率为5.00%明显低于常规护理组患者的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用优质护理干预,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,增强患者的社会功能,并避免患者出现危险性行为。
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty cases of schizophrenia received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into two groups,40 cases in the conventional nursing group(receiving routine basic nursing intervention)and 40 in the highquality nursing group(receiving high-quality nursing intervention).Observe and compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The daily living ability score of the patients in the high-quality nursing group was(11.30±1.30)points,the social activity score(15.30±1.80)points,and the movement and interaction scores(17.50±2.10)points were significantly higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05);the aggressive behavior rating scale score of the patients in the high-quality nursing group was(2.90±0.40)points,which was significantly lower than that of the patients in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,emotional function,vitality,physiological function,psychological function and mental state of patients in the high-quality nursing group were(62.51±5.26)points,(63.59±5.64)points,(62.94±5.31)points,(64.52±5.62)points,(63.94±5.26)points,(64.13±5.37)points,(63.49±5.26)points were significantly higher than those in the routine care group(51.98±4.68)points,(51.84±4.26)points,(53.64±4.62)points,(54.92±4.81)points,(54.18±4.59)points,(55.64±4.69)points,(52.63±4.53)points(P<0.05);the total incidence of risky behaviors in the high-quality nursing group was 5.00%was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group 22.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing interventions for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,enhance their social functions,and avoid risky behaviors.
