摘要
针对设计固化的容器,在力学模型上选取危险截面,通过沿截面壁厚方向设置所有节点路径,输出应力结果建立单位载荷下应力结果数据库,并创建接管载荷简化计算表,进而得到一种接管许用载荷简化计算方法。结合实际算例选取10组不同比例关系的接管载荷,采用简化计算方法换算该容器固化后每组接管许用载荷值,并与有限元方法计算结果进行对比分析,最终论证简化计算方法的保守性。
Aiming at the completely-designed vessels,their dangerous sections were selected from a mechanical model,and setting all node paths along the section wall thickness direction was implemented to output stress results so as to establish a stress result database under the unit load,including a simplified calculation table for the nozzle load and a simplified calculation method for it.In addition,10 groups of nozzle loads with different proportions were selected and the allowable load of each group of nozzles of the vessel designed was converted by simplified calculation method and then compared with the finite element method.Finally,the conservatism of simplified calculation method was demonstrated.
