摘要
为了分析新疆产区甜瓜中邻苯二甲酸酯类的种类和含量,评估甜瓜邻苯二甲酸酯类暴露风险情况,本文采用气相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱法测定甜瓜果实中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量,通过确定性评估法,计算4种邻苯二甲酸酯的平均日暴露量,并计算健康危害指数(Hazard Index,HI)。结果表明,118份甜瓜样本中16种邻苯二甲酸酯总检出率为61.9%,检出率>5%的化合物分别是DNOP(5.9%)、DEP(8.5%)、DCHP(9.3%)、BMPP(9.3%)、BBP(9.3%)、DMP(23.7%)、DEHP(25.4%)、DBP(34.7%)和DIBP(36.4%),其平均检出含量为0.01~11.65μg/kg。甜瓜中4种邻苯二甲酸酯类每日膳食暴露量为0.0016~0.0440μg/kg/d,健康风险指数(HI)均<1,新疆甜瓜中邻苯二甲酸酯类膳食暴露风险总体处于安全水平。
In order to analyze the types and contents of phthalates in melons produced in Xinjiang,and to assess the risk of exposure to phthalates in melons,this paper used gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry to determine 16 kinds of phthalates in melon fruits.The content of diformate was calculated by the deterministic assessment method,and the average daily exposure of 4 kinds of phthalates was calculated,and the health hazard index(Hazard Index,HI)was calculated.The results showed that the total detection rate of 16 phthalate esters in 118 melon samples was 61.9%,and the compounds with detection rates greater than 5%were:DNOP(5.9%),DEP(8.5%),DCHP(9.3%),BMPP(9.3%),BBP(9.3%),DMP(23.7%),DEHP(25.4%),DBP(34.7%)and DIBP(36.4%),the average detected content is 0.01~11.65μg/kg.The dietary exposures of the four phthalates in melons in Xinjiang were 0.0016~0.0440μg/kg/d,and the health risk index(HI)was less than 1.The dietary exposure risk of phthalates in Xinjiang melon was generally at a safe level.
