工具锥角对膨胀套管环向残余应力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究膨胀工具锥角对套管膨胀后环向残余应力分布的影响,采用有限元分析方法对常见的5°~11°锥角下Φ139.7 mm×8.5 mm的套管膨胀过程进行了非线性数值分析,得到不同锥角下整个套管膨胀后环向残余应力在套管轴向、周向和壁厚方向的分布规律。结果表明,套管膨胀后环向残余应力在套管轴向和圆周方向上分布不均匀,其数值呈波动趋势,波动幅度可达100 MPa左右,且波动幅度随工具锥角的增大而减小。无论膨胀工具锥角如何变化,套管内壁至套管厚度中间的单元层始终受到残余拉应力,套管外壁及靠近外壁的单元层始终受到残余压应力,残余拉应力和残余压应力在壁厚厚度上所占比例分别约为75%和25%,且残余拉应力最大值位于套管壁厚中间部位,残余压应力最大值位于套管外壁。锥角变化对环向残余应力的大小有一定影响,当锥角从5°增加到11°时,残余拉应力和压应力最大值均上升,增加幅度分别约为套管材料屈服强度的3.4%和5.1%。 To study the effect of expansion tool cone angles on the circumferential residual stress distribution of casing after expansion,the expansion process of Φ139.7 mm×8.5 mm casing with cone angle of 5°-11° was nonlinear numerically analyzed using finite element analysis method.The distribution law of circumferential residual stress in axial,circumferential and wall thickness directions of casing after expansion with different cone angles was obtained.The results show that the distribution of circumferential residual stress in the axial and circumferential directions of casing is not uniform after expansion.Its value fluctuates and the fluctuation range can reach about 100 MPa,and the fluctuation degree decreases with the increase of tool cone angle.No matter how the expansion tool cone angle changes,the unit layer from the inner wall of the casing to the middle of the casing thickness is always the residual tensile stress,and the outer wall of the casing and the unit layer near the outer wall are always the residual compressive stress.The residual tensile stress and residual compressive stress account for 75% and 25% of wall thickness,respectively.The maximum value of residual tensile stress is located in the middle part of the casing wall thickness,and the maximum value of residual compressive stress is located in the outer casing wall.The magnitude of circumferential residual stress is affected by the change of tool cone angle,when the tool cone angle increases from 5° to 11°,the maximum values of both residual tensile stress and residual compressive stress increase,which are about 3.4 % and 5.1% of the yield strength of the casing material,respectively.
