摘要
在套管的生产过程中产生的残余应力将降低套管的屈服极限,进而降低了套管的承载能力.长期以来,这个问题一直没有引起人们的充分重视而加以克服.为此,根据弹性力学理论,建立了套管的力学模型,通过有限元分析和计算,得到了存在残余应力的情况下套管的承载能力.计算分析表明,残余应力在很大程度上影响着套管的承载能力,因此,为了提高套管的承载能力,应尽量降低管体的残余应力.
The residual stress in the process of making casing pipe would decrease the yield strength limit of casing pipe. Farther more, it can decrease its loading ability. Fora a long time, people didn't note it so that had no attack on it. Based on it, we establishe the model of the casing pipe on terms of elastic theory, get the loading ability of the casing pipe when there is residual stress by FEM. The results have shown that the residual stress influences the loading ability of the casing pipe quite much, so we should reduce the residual stress of the tube to increase the loading ability of it.
