洪水预报中滞洪区的非线性模型预测控制研究

摘要 提出一种用于滞洪流域运行控制的非线性模型预测控制(NMPC)算法。该算法包括在短期控制范围内对水资源系统进行迭代,进而在有限范围实现优化。底层的非线性模型通过运动波方法模拟水资源系统的水力学,其中包括水利结构的附加公式。控制的目标,即期望的洪峰阻尼以及约束,如与水位相关的结构能力,在数学上用一组目标函数和不等式约束表示。用序列二次规划(SQP)来求解得到的优化问题。并将该算法应用于江西省长江流域某河流分岔点的6个水工建筑物和两个主要滞洪流域的整体控制。 A nonlinear model predictive control(NMPC)algorithm for flood detention basin operation control is proposed in this paper.The algorithm includes iterating the water resources system in the short-term control range,and then realizing the optimization in a limited range.The bottom nonlinear model simulates the hydraulics of water resources system by moving wave method,including the additional formula of water conservancy structure.The control objectives,expected peak damping and constraints,such as structural capacity related to water level,are mathematically represented by a set of objective functions and inequality constraints.Sequential quadratic programming(SQP)is used to solve the optimization problem.We apply the algorithm to the overall control of six hydraulic structures and two main flood detention basins at the bifurcation point of a river in the Yangtze River Basin of Jiangxi Province.
