摘要
目的:调查上海市浦东新区老年白内障患者手术服务利用情况,为当地老年人眼病防治工作提供参考。方法:采取分层随机整群抽样方法对城区、郊区各3个社区>60岁的白内障患者进行基线调查,并进行2年的追踪随访获取患者手术情况信息。结果:共纳入研究对象307例,2年后共追踪到292例患者,已经进行白内障手术的患者为36例,占12.33%;与未选择手术的患者比较,选择手术的患者慢性病比例较低、完全自理情况较好、多为单眼白内障;"患者或老伴承担手术费用"的比例较高、知道"白内障是老年人的一种常见眼病"的比例较高。结论:老年白内障患者手术服务利用与多种因素有关,仍需通过健康宣教及其他举措,提升老年人白内障手术服务利用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the utilization of surgical service for senile cataract patients in Pudong New Area,and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of of local elderly eye diseases.METHODS A baseline survey was conducted among cataract patients over 60 years old in 3 communities in urban and rural areas by stratified random cluster sampling.The patients were followed up for 2 years to obtain the information of operation.RESULTS 307 patients were included.292 patients were followed up 2 years later.36 patients(12.33%)had undergone surgical treatment.Compared with the patients who did not choose surgery,the patients who chose surgery had a lower proportion of chronic diseases,better self-care,monocular disease,higher proportion of surgery expenses borne by oneself or his wife,knowing that"cataract is a common eye disease of the elderly"was higher.CONCLUSION The use of surgical service for senile cataract patients was related to many factors.Health education and other measures should be made to enhance the cataract surgery service utilization in the elderly.
