摘要
“三不”一体推进是中国共产党治国理政哲学智慧的具体体现,是巩固反腐败斗争压倒性胜利并无限趋向彻底胜利的基本遵循,是全面从严治党向纵深发展的重要方略,是建构中国特色国家廉政体系的策略选择。“三不”一体推进是一个复杂的系统工程,其中,“三不”是目标内容,是核心;一体推进是实践要求,是关键。“三不”的形成机制是“三不”一体推进论断生成的内核逻辑,“三不”各有侧重、利弊分明,同时相互影响、相互作用,构成一个有机整体的关系逻辑客观上要求“三不”必须一体推进。
The integration and promotion of the“Three No”are the con-crete manifestation of the Chinese Communist Party's philosophical wisdom in govermance and administration,and the basic principle to follow in consolida-ting the overwhelming victory of the anti-corruption struggle infinitely leading to a complete victory.It is also an important strategy for comprehensively and strictly goverming the Party to in-depth development,as well as a strategic choice in constructing a clean govermnance system with Chinese characteristics.The integration of the“Three No”is a complicated and systematic project,a mong which the“Three No”as the target and the core,and the“integrated promotion”as the practical requirement and the key.The formation mecha-nism of the“Three No”is the core logie of the“Three No”.Each of the“Three No”has its own emphasis and distinct advantages and disadvantages,while affecting and interacting with each other to form an organic whole,which objectively requires the“Three No”must advance at the same time.
