摘要
习近平法治思想包含着反腐败法治化规范化的科学要义。以零容忍态度惩治腐败,表明了法治为了人民的根本立场;打铁还需自身硬,彰显了正风反腐的法治品格;以法治思维和法治方式反对腐败,明确了反腐败斗争的法治路径;老虎苍蝇一起打,体现了纪律法律面前无特权无例外的法治原则;把权力关进制度笼子,指明了规范权力、约束权力、监督权力的法治取向;深化国家监察改革,是依规治党和依法治权的重大法治举措;一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐,是新时代反腐败斗争高质量发展的法治方略;深化反腐败国际合作是统筹国内法治和涉外法治、建设法治强国的必然要求。
Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law contains the great innovation of anti-corruption theory and practice in the new era.Punishing corruption with a zero-tolerance attitude shows the fundamental position of the rule of law for the people;to fight iron,one must first be hard-headed,which demonstrates the rule of law character of righteous anti-corruption;oppose corruption with rule of law thinking and method of rule of law,and clarify the rule of law path for the fight against corruption;Fighting the flies together embodies the principle of rule of law without privileges and exceptions before discipline and law;putting power in a system cage indicates the rule of law orientation of regulating power,restricting power,and supervising power;deepening the reform of state supervision is to govern the party and the law according to law A major rule of law measure to govern the power;the unified promotion of the rule of law strategy for the high-quality development of anti-corruption struggles in the new era;deepening international anti-corruption cooperation is an inevitable requirement for coordinating the domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law,and building a strong country under the rule of law.
