摘要
目的探讨运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合正念放松疗法对老年慢性支气管哮喘患者睡眠质量及心理韧性的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2020年12月我院收治的86例老年慢性支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合正念放松疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组PSQI各维度评分均低于对照组,CD-RISC各维度评分及ACT、AQLQ评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合正念放松疗法用于老年慢性支气管哮喘患者临床护理中,可改善其睡眠质量,提高患者心理韧性及生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with mindfulness relaxation therapy on sleep quality and mental toughness of elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with mindfulness relaxation therapy. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, PSQI score of each dimension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and CD-RISC score of each dimension, ACT and AQLQ scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise-psychology-sleep nursing intervention combined with mindfulness relaxation therapy in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic bronchial asthma can improve sleep quality, mental toughness and quality of life, which is worth popularizing.
