摘要
在对2005~2018年38个国家数字经济规模进行测算的基础上,实证检验数字经济影响经济高质量发展的效应及作用机制。结果表明:数字经济对经济高质量发展有显著的推动作用,其作用主要源于产业数字化;数字经济对经济高质量发展的促进作用具有区域异质性,在发达国家的促进效果优于发展中国家。机制检验结果显示,发达国家和发展中国家的数字经济均能通过改善技术效率和技术进步促进经济高质量发展,但发展中国家数字经济的技术进步效果明显劣于发达国家,且并未带来规模效率的提升。鉴于此,应加快发展数字经济,推动数字技术与传统产业融合,充分释放数字经济潜力,助力经济高质量发展。
This paper estimates the scale of digital economy in 38 countries from 2005 to 2018,and makes an empirical study on this basis.The results show that digital economy has a significant role in promoting high-quality economic development,and its role mainly comes from the industrial digitization.Further research shows that the promotion effect of digital economy has regional heterogeneity,and the effect is better in developed countries.The analysis of the mechanism shows that the digital economy can promote high-quality economic development by improving technical efficiency and technological progress in both developed and developing countries,but the effect of technological progress in developing countries is obviously inferior to that in developed countries,and the digital economy in developing countries has not brought about the improvement of scale efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the level of digital industrialization and promote the integration of digital technology and traditional industries,in order to boost high-quality economic development.
