历史时期土司辖区复原研究——以清代贵州黎平府土司地区为例 被引量:3

Rehabilitating Research on the Historic Chieftains’ Jurisdictions: Take the Areas under Liping Fu’s Chieftains in Guizhou during the Qing Dynasty for Example

摘要 清代贵州黎平府土司辖区的空间历史复原显示:土司辖地之间及其与各县屯所错杂分布,呈现出明显的插花地特征。黎平府土司辖地变迁表现出阶段性特征:顺治康熙年间,因曹滴、西山二司被改土归流,土司辖地在明代的基础上进一步萎缩;雍正时期部分土司因参与招抚"生苗"以及地理位置邻近"生苗"区,其属寨未减反增,甚而影响到省界变迁;乾隆以后土司辖地基本稳定。本文以细致案例展现了历史过程研究在改土归流及地方基层历史变迁讨论中的意义,对了解开展较少的历史时期民族地区基层辖境及其治理等研究具有参考价值。 Rehabilitating the historic areas under the control of chieftains of Liping Fu in Guizhou during the Qing Dynasty shows that,the areas of the chieftains,areas belonging to counties and the wastelands of station troops scattered jumbledly,the interzonal distribution is interwoven.The change of the chieftains'jurisdictions shows a periodical feature.During the reigns of Emperor Shunzi and Emperor Kangxi,chieftains'jurisdictions has been shrinking less than those in the Ming Dynasty because the areas of chieftains in Caodi and Xishan were controlled by centrally-appointed nonhereditary officials.During the reign of Emperor Yongzheng,some chieftains participated in offering amnesty to Shengmiao(Miao people who didn't accept the manage of central government)and the chieftains'jurisdictions are close to Shengmiao people's habitats,and therefore,these chieftains'stockade villages increased.This impacted the change of provincial borders,but the chieftains'jurisdictions are basically stable.This paper shows the studies on the meaning of the historical process of Dissolving Chieftains and Appointing Exiled Officials to Run,the historical change of local grass-rooted authorities through detailed cases.It also has the reference value for the studies on the historical grass-rooted jurisdictions and the governing in ethnic groups'areas.
