摘要
自“9·11”事件发生以来,应对恐怖主义风险、加强反恐情报工作不仅被美国提上日程,也给国际社会敲响了警钟。为了更高效更全面的阻止恐怖分子和恐怖活动,应该运用情报技术收集反恐情报,高效利用反恐情报研究相应的对策,为防范和打击恐怖主义、把握反恐斗争主动权、明确各级反恐部门职级分工、确定涉恐重点人员及重点目标等提供理论支持。
Since the“9.11”incident,dealing with the risk of terrorism and strengthening counter-terrorism intelligence work has not only been put on the agenda of the United States,but also sounded the alarm to the international community.In order to prevent terrorists and terrorist activities more effectively and comprehensively,we should know how to use intelligence technology to collect anti-terrorism information,how to use anti-terrorism information effectively.All of these will be future challenges in our intelligence work,and we need to study corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical support for preventing and combating terrorism,firmly grasping the initiative in the fight against terrorism,clarifying the division of duties and ranks of counter-terrorism departments at all levels,and determining key personnel and targets involved in terrorism crimes.
