摘要
在当前的混凝土结构裂缝修补中,通常利用聚合物水泥净浆完成,但由于聚合物水泥净浆组成物配比控制较差,导致修补后的混凝土结构性能不理想。因此,提出聚合物水泥净浆在道桥混凝土结构裂缝修补中的应用及性能测试。利用二次回归正交组合方法优化聚合物水泥净浆的配比比例。利用非金属超声检测仪来确定结构裂缝深度,并采用高压注浆法注入聚合物水泥净浆完成裂缝修补。为测试设计方法修补后的结构性能,模拟道桥混凝土结构,并采用所提方法与文献[2]、文献[3]、文献[5]修补结构裂缝。实验结果显示所提方法修补后的混凝土结构在抗剪和抗折强度上优于传统方法修补后的强度,证明所设计方法修补后道桥混凝土结构性能良好,具有可行性。
At present,polymer cement paste is usually used to repair cracks in concrete structures.However,due to the poor control of the component ratio of polymer cement paste,the performance of repaired concrete structures is not ideal.Therefore,the application and performance test of polymer cement paste in the crack repair of road and bridge concrete structure are proposed.The proportion of polymer cement paste was optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal combination method.The non-metallic ultrasonic detector is used to determine the structural crack depth,and the high-pressure grouting method is used to inject polymer cement paste to complete the crack repair.In order to test the structural performance of the bridge repaired by the design method,simulate the concrete structure of the road and bridge,and repair the structural cracks by the proposed method and methods in literature[2],literature[3]and literature[5].The experimental results show that the shear strength and flexural strength of the concrete structure repaired by the proposed method are better than those repaired by the traditional method,which proves that the performance of the concrete structure repaired by the proposed method is good and feasible.
