摘要
随着我国经济水平和科技实力高速发展,高铁建设速度越来越快。高铁以更高运行速度、更加节能环保、更加安全稳定、更平稳舒适的乘坐体验、更智能的设备设施,将更好地满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。然而,高铁施工质量缺陷影响高速列车运营的安全性、稳定性、耐久性。采用科学合理的施工工艺和方法,对CRTSⅡ型无咋轨道施工质量缺陷进行处治,是确保高铁无咋轨道施工质量的基础。本文针对京沪、沪昆高铁CRTSⅡ型无咋轨道施工出现的一些通病,对其产生原因及处理措施进行归纳总结,形成一套成熟的客专、高铁CRTSⅡ型无咋轨道施工质量缺陷综合处治技术,对类似工程有一定借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of China's economic level and scientific and technological strength,the construction speed of high-speed railway is faster and faster.With higher running speed,more energy saving and environmental protection,safer and more stable ride experience,more intelligent equipment and facilities,the high-speed railway will better meet the people's growing needs for a better life.However,the quality defects of high-speed railway construction affect the safety,stability and durability of high-speed train operation.Adopting scientific and reasonable construction techniques and methods to treat the construction quality defects of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track is the basis of ensuring the construction quality of high-speed railway ballastless track.In this paper,the author summarizes the causes of common defects in construction of CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track in Beijing-Shanghai and Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and its treatment measures,and forms a set of mature comprehensive treatment technology for quality defects in CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track construction of passenger special lines and high-speed railways,which will provide certain reference significance for similar projects.
