摘要
目的观察温针灸膈俞、双侧足三里、关元穴位联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗结直肠癌术后化疗粒细胞减少症的治疗效果。方法选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院肿瘤科2020年6月—2021年6月收治的结直肠癌术后化疗粒细胞减少症患者60例,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予rhG-CSF治疗,研究组给予温针灸膈俞、双侧足三里、关元穴位联合rhG-CSF治疗。比较2组治疗前后白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数、血红蛋白(HGB)水平,不良反应总发生率。结果治疗前2组患者WBC、中性粒细胞计数、HGB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者HGB比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者WBC、中性粒细胞计数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,对照组不良反应总发生率为69.51%,高于研究组的43.33%(P=0.016)。结论对于结直肠癌术后化疗粒细胞减少症患者,温针灸联合rhG-CSF治疗可有效,提高WBC、中性粒细胞计数,且对HGB无影响。
Objective To observe the effect of warming needle moxibustion at Geshu,Bilateral Zusanli,Guanyuan combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)in the treatment of postoperative chemotherapy for neutropenia of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for neutropenia of colorectal cancer who were admitted to the Oncology Department of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rhG-CSF,and the study group was treated with warming needle moxibustion at Geshu,Bilateral Zusanli and Guanyuan points combined with rhG-CSF.WBC,neutrophil count,HGB before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in WBC,neutrophil count and HGB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HGB between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,WBC and neutrophil count in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse in the control group was higher than that in the study group(69.51%vs 43.33%,P=0.016).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with rhG-CSF has outstanding advantages in improving the treatment effect,enhancing WBC and neutrophil count of postoperative chemotherapy for neutropenia of colorectal cancer.Meanwhile it has no effect on HGB.
