摘要
黄芪-人参是中药方剂中的常见配伍,二者均为常用的补气药。自东汉时期以来,沿用至今,疗效显著。在古代,黄芪-人参有补中益气之效,在临床上常用于治疗脾虚气陷证、劳役饮食不节、胃虚呕哕吐逆等。近代药理研究显示,黄芪-人参具有降血糖、调节免疫、抗肿瘤、调节心血管系统、抗氧化、抗衰老等药理作用。临床应用十分广泛,可用于治疗支气管炎、癌症、心脑血管系统等疾病。本文从配伍的常见方剂、中药制剂药理作用、临床应用等3个方面系统总结了黄芪和人参配伍的研究进展,以期为临床更安全有效地应用提供理论基础。
Huangqi(radix astragalus)and Renshen(radix ginsengis)are commonly combined in modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulae.Both are commonly used as qi tonics and have been remarkably effective since the Eastern Han Dynasty.In ancient times,radix astragalus and radix ginsengis were used to tonify the middle and replenish qi,and were often employed clinically to treat diseases such as spleen deficiency and qi fall,poor food intake due to labor,and vomitting and retching due to stomach deficiency.In recent times,pharmacological research shows that radix astragalus and radix ginsengis have pharmacological effects such as blood glucose lowering,immunity regulation,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and anti-aging.They are widely used in clinical practice,and can be used to treat bronchitis,cancer,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases,etc.This paper systematically summarizes the research progress of radix astragalus and radix ginsengis combination from three aspects:common formulae,pharmacological effects of the medicinal preparations and clinical applications,providing a theoretical basis for safer and more effective clinical application of the two medicinals.
