摘要
“三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题。党的十九届五中全会进一步提出:“优先发展农业农村,全面推进乡村振兴”。自乡村振兴战略实施以来,我国农村还存在环境破坏大、缺乏人才、产业方向不明确、乡村治理体系落后等问题。本文以绍兴稽东镇大桥村为例,基于乡村振兴背景下乡村治理的现状,提出了整治环境、回笼人才、文旅融合、推进民生等解决方法和发展对策。
"Agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee further proposed:"give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and comprehensively promote rural revitalization".Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China's rural areas still suffer from environmental damage,lack of talent,unclear industrial direction,and backward rural governance system.Taking Daqiao Village,Jidong Town,Shaoxing as an example,based on the current situation of rural governance under the background of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward solutions and development countermeasures such as environmental remediation,talent return,cultural and tourism integration,and promoting people's livelihood.
